  • You create content as a business user in the Kakadutool.
  • When you interact with us in connection with a purchase of our services.
  • You sign up for our newsletters.

2. Personal data we process

2.1 Users of the Kakadutool

In order to create and manage content in the tool, we process your name and email address. We do this in order to fulfil the agreement we have with you.

2.2 Partners

If you are a contact person for one of our corporate customers or suppliers, we process your contact information to manage our professional relationship. This includes activities such as contract management and communication.

2.3 Newsletters

If you wish to receive newsletters, we use your name and email address to send these to you. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

2.4 Job seekers

For job applicants, we process submitted information, such as CVs and cover letters, to assess your application. We store this information for up to one year after the end of the recruitment process, unless you consent to longer storage.

Kakadu use the analysis tool Plausible to understand what our visitors are looking for and whether they are able to complete the tasks they aim for during their visit to our website and our guides.
